Administrative Assistant

 

Salary: $50,000- $55,000

 

Department: New Accounts

 

Job Duties: Office Management (Time/attendance,OT, vacation schedules, supplied, machinery, cabs) Meeting Planning Projects answer phones able to work OT flexible

 

Minimum Requirements:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills Excellent Communication skills Motivated Flexible Can handle stressful situations college is a plus but not necessary.

 

Days / Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 5:30 pm
