Operations Project Manager
This is a management position that consists of creating and modifying departmental procedures, staff training, and customer facing that encompass multiple departments including our Legal department, Compliance officers and senior management. The job incorporates project management related to systems development as it pertains to the control of the CIP process in compliance with the Patriot Act.
The individual must have the knowledge and experiences associated with “Operations Management” and the ability to manage the daily processes of an organization, understanding/designing work flows while simultaneously focusing on future initiatives. The skills required must include the ability to monitor, assess, execute and address client needs in an effort to ensure quality customer service while protecting the firm.
